What if wellness could grow from the ground up? 🌱🌴
At Finca Shambhala, we believe wellness is rooted in connection to the Earth, nourishing food, movement, nature, community and ourselves.

Our Wellness Jungle Farm Immersions invite you to slow down and experience a different rhythm of living.

Spend 2–7 days in the Costa Rican jungle, surrounded by regenerative gardens, tropical forest, the Diamante River and waterfall views.

Practice yoga, breathwork and meditation. Eat fresh food from the farm. Learn about regenerative living. Feed the animals, explore the jungle, swim in the river and hike to waterfalls.

Some days are for learning and adventure. Others are simply for resting in a hammock while the jungle does its thing. 🌿

Come reconnect, nurture and play.
🌴 Comment “JUNGLE” and we’ll send you everything you need to know.

Ven a reconectarte, a nutrirte y a divertirte.

In the age of AI, we’re going back to analog. 🌴

At Finca Shambhala, some things are still wonderfully low-tech:
Planting trees.
Growing food.
Getting our hands in the soil.
Building with the land.
Collecting water.
Getting completely covered in mud. 😂

Permaculture is about creating a living system where people, plants, animals, soil and water can thrive together.

And honestly? There’s something pretty special about doing work you can actually feel.
Dirt under your fingernails.
Bare feet on the earth.
Sun on your skin.
A little sweat. A lot of laughter.
And maybe a river swim when the work is done. 💦
No algorithm required. 😉

Welcome to the wonderfully analog side of life at Shambhala.
See the link in bio how you can join us.

No hace falta ningún algoritmo. 😉

🌿 You don’t have to arrive perfectly prepared. Just arrive as you are.
A little nervous? Full of questions? Excited, curious, or not quite sure what you’re looking for? There’s room for all of it here. 🤍

Preparing for a ceremony isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about creating space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.

Let the jungle remind you that not everything needs to be controlled. 🌱 Set an intention, hold it gently, and leave room for the unexpected.

You don’t have to force the river to flow. Sometimes, you just need to let yourself be held by its current.

✨ Have questions about your first Shipibo ceremony? Send us a DM with “RETREAT” to learn more about our upcoming ceremonies in Costa Rica.

🌺 No tenés que llegar con todo preparado. Simplemente, llegá tal como sos.
¿Sentís un poco de nervios? ¿Tenés muchas preguntas? ¿Estás con ilusión, curiosidad o todavía no sabés bien qué estás buscando? Aquí hay espacio para todo eso. 🤍

Sometimes you don’t realize how much you need to step away until you finally do.

Away from the notifications.
The responsibilities.
The constant doing.
The familiar patterns.

A jungle immersion gives you something everyday life rarely does:
Space to listen to your body.
reconnect with nature.
sit with what needs your attention.
Space to experience a different rhythm of living.
And when you return home, the invitation is not to leave that feeling behind.

It’s to bring something of it with you:
🌿 A slower morning.
🌊 A deeper breath.
☀️ More time outside.
🤍 A little more presence in your everyday life.

Our December Shipibo Plant Medicine Retreat offers a deeper immersion into this experience. Surrounded by jungle, river and land, with space for reflection and integration.

If you’ve been feeling the call to step away from your usual rhythm and spend meaningful time in the jungle, perhaps this is your invitation. 🌿

December 1–7 or December 8–14, 2026

Maybe you just need a little bit of this.
🌊 A swim in the river.
🐒 Some jungle chaos.
🐐 A chat with the farm animals.
☀️ A little more Costa Rican sunshine.
🌿 Fresh food from the garden.
🦋 Jungle creatures doing their thing.
💃 A little dancing.
🧘 A little stillness.
😂 A LOT of laughter.
🤍 And good people to share it all with.

Basically… I needed a little less “what should I be doing?”
and a little more “look where I am!” 👀🌿

Because sometimes you don’t need to fix anything.

You just need muddy feet, cold river water, a waterfall, good company, and a jungle reminding you that life can be really, really fun. 🌴✨

That’s a little bit of the magic we love at Finca Shambhala.

Come get your dose of jungle joy. 🌿
